Welcome to Benjamin Hope Art and Interiors. I’m an artist, soft-furnisher, and upholsterer, and I particularly enjoy working with bold colour, pattern, and rich textures. Regardless, I’m always excited by the variety and scope the three strands of my work offer up. Every commission and project is different and, as such, every outcome unique, which is all part of the joy of creating! I work by commission as well as on my own collections which are available through the shop. I’m currently developing two series of oil paintings: the first is called Between the Shadows, where I’m exploring the nuance and play of colour upon dimly- and obscurely-lit subjects; the second, The Inside Garden, where I’m playing with a naivety of colour and shape.
