I began upholstering about 10 years ago after picking up an old Queen Anne wingback chair at a car boot sale which was desperately in need of some TLC. Since then, I have upholstered a host of different pieces, including nursing chairs, tub chairs, three-seater sofas, button-back chairs, ottomans, stools, and office furniture, to name a few. Within my own home, my wife and I are lovers of bold colour, pattern, and rich fabrics such as velvet, and the examples below represent a mixture of my own furniture and those of clients.
